+How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you start a trial of Lite or Premium, we collect your billing info upfront. You get 5 unblurred searches and 7 days of full access. If you don't cancel before day 7, you're auto-enrolled in the month-to-month plan you chose. Cancel anytime during the trial through Account settings — no charge.
+What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual plans bill 10 months upfront for 12 months of access — a built-in 2-month discount. Lite annual is $100 (vs. $120 if billed monthly) and Premium annual is $250 (vs. $300 if billed monthly).
+How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from Account settings (Stripe-hosted Customer Portal). Monthly plans: you keep access through the end of the current month. Annual plans: you keep access through the end of the 12-month contract term. No mid-term refunds.
+How do searches count?
Each property report search counts as one search against your monthly quota. Rescans of saved addresses also count. Premium adds a separate quota for detailed property-tax assessments (up to 50/month).
+What happens to unused trial searches if I upgrade?
Unused trial searches are forfeited when you start a paid subscription — but you gain the full monthly quota of the plan you chose, so you're always net-ahead.
Fine print
- AbodeIQ reserves the right to cancel a subscription or throttle the number of queries if we observe usage patterns consistent with exploiting the service (e.g. automated scraping, account sharing, redistribution of report content).
- No mid-term refunds. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing term — monthly plans keep access through the end of the current month, annual plans through the 12-month contract end.
- Annual plans are a 12-month commitment billed at signup; cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund the current term.
- When you start a paid subscription, any unused trial searches are forfeited.
- Data sources are listed in the footer; AbodeIQ summaries are derived from public records and licensed providers and are not legal, tax, or insurance advice.
